Use the email address connected to your conference registration to sign in to the mobile app.
The first time you sign in, the app asks you to verify your email address and create a password. This helps make sure the right person is using the account connected to your conference registration.
After you enter your email address, you will see the verification screen:
The verification code will be sent to your e-mail address. If you don't see it, make sure to check your Junk or Spam folders.
Copy the verification code from your email and paste it into the "Enter Code Here" field on the app.
Create a password for your account.
Tap Continue.
If you did not receive the verification email, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you entered the same email address you used for conference registration.
If the app does not recognize your email address, your conference registration may not have been processed yet. Most state conferences do not process registrations until 1-2 weeks before the conference. See Unable to Login for more help.
