If the app does not recognize your email address, it usually means your registration has not been processed yet or you are using an email address that does not match your conference registration.
Most state conferences do not process registrations until 1-2 weeks before the conference. If you recently registered, your account may not be available in the app right away.
If you tried logging in and the app could not find your account, wait until at least 1-2 weeks before the conference start date before trying again. This gives SCA administrators time to process registrations and make attendee accounts available in the app.
Check your inbox for any emails containing your conference registration receipt. These emails may include account activation details, login instructions, or the email address connected to your registration.
Make sure you are using the same email address listed on your conference registration receipt. If you registered with a work email, personal email, or alternate email address, try signing in with that address.
If you still can't log in, contact the support team for your state's School Counselor Association. They are usually the best team to help with registration and account access questions.
