CEU Portal

You can access the CEU portal at https://ceu.ascaconferences.org.

Use the same email address and password you use to access the ASCA Conferences mobile app.

CEUs are available for conferences from 2022 onward. For CEUs from previous years, use the older CEU site.

Select A Conference

After signing in, select the conference you want to claim CEUs for.

The CEU portal only shows conferences that:

  1. Are connected to your account.
  2. Have already ended.
  3. Include sessions that are eligible for CEUs.

If you do not see the conference you are looking for, make sure you signed in with the email address connected to your conference registration. If you use more than one email address, see Email Addresses.

Claim CEUs

On the conference CEU page, review the list of CEU-eligible sessions.

Sessions are grouped by date. Each session may show the session name, start time, end time, speaker information, whether the session was virtual, and an Attended checkbox.

To claim CEUs:

  1. Find each session you attended.
  2. Select the session row or check the Attended box.
  3. Review the Attended On date for each selected session.
  4. Repeat for every session you want included on your CEU certificate and transcript.

Only selected sessions are included when your certificate is generated.

Attended Dates

For in-person sessions, the Attended On date is set to the session date and cannot be changed.

For virtual sessions, you can edit the Attended On date. Review this date before generating your certificate, especially if you watched a recording after the live session date.

If you clear the attended date for a selected session, that session is removed from your CEU selections.

Generate Your Certificate

After selecting at least one session, click Generate Certificate at the bottom of the page.

Your CEU certificate and transcript will be generated and emailed to you shortly. If your account has additional verified email addresses linked, the certificate may also be sent to those addresses.

The certificate total is calculated from the CEU-eligible sessions you selected.

Troubleshooting

No conferences found

If the portal says No conferences found, your account may not be connected to an ended conference with CEU-eligible sessions. Confirm that you signed in with the email address used for conference registration.

A session is missing

Only CEU-eligible sessions appear in the CEU portal. Some conferences may also limit sessions based on your registration type or registration dates.

Virtual attendees may only see sessions available to virtual participants.

The Generate Certificate button is disabled

You must select at least one session before you can generate a certificate.

You did not receive the email

Check your Junk or Spam folder. For more help, see Not Receiving Emails.
