Not Receiving Emails
Emails
The app sends a few important emails that you'll need in order to use certain features:
All emails from the app come from [email protected].
- To make sure you receive them:
- If you're using a work or school email, ask your tech department to allow (or "whitelist") this address.
- If you're using a personal email, add the address to your contacts or mark it as safe in your email settings.
- If you don't do this, these emails might get blocked or go to your spam folder.
