Not Receiving Emails


Emails

The app sends a few important emails that you'll need in order to use certain features:

  • Verification Code

    • Sent when you log in for the first time. You'll need the code to complete the login process.
  • Password Reset

    • Sent if you request to reset your password.
  • CEUs (Continuing Education Units)

    • Sent after requesting your certificate from our website.

All emails from the app come from [email protected].

  • To make sure you receive them:
    • If you're using a work or school email, ask your tech department to allow (or "whitelist") this address.
    • If you're using a personal email, add the address to your contacts or mark it as safe in your email settings.
    • If you don't do this, these emails might get blocked or go to your spam folder.
