All emails from the app are sent from:

Troubleshooting

If you are not receiving an email from the app:

  1. Check your Junk or Spam folder.
  2. Confirm that you entered the correct e-mail address.
  3. Add [email protected] to your contacts or safe sender list.
  4. Try requesting the email again.

Work Or School Email Addresses

If you are using a work or school email address, your organization may block automated messages before they reach your inbox.

Ask your technology department to allow emails from [email protected]. This is sometimes called adding the address to an allowlist or whitelist.
