Using the Mobile App

The ASCA Conferences mobile app gives you quick access to conference information, your agenda, maps, alerts, and account settings.

After signing in, confirm that the correct conference is selected at the top of the app. Conference content, schedules, maps, alerts, and profile options are based on the conference you are currently viewing.

Bottom Navigation

Use the bottom navigation to move through the main areas of the app:

  • Home shows the conference dashboard and common conference tools.
  • Agenda shows sessions you have added to your personal agenda.
  • Map shows available venue maps.
  • Alerts shows conference notifications.
  • More opens additional app options, including your profile and conference selector.

Switching Conferences

If your account is registered for more than one conference, you can switch between those conferences in the mobile app.

To switch conferences:

  1. Tap More in the bottom navigation.

  2. Tap the active conference selector.

  3. Choose the conference you want to view.

The conference selector only shows conferences connected to your account. If a conference is missing, confirm that you are signed in with the correct email address. If it is still missing, contact support.

Viewing Sessions

To view conference sessions, tap Sessions from the Home dashboard or open the session list from More.

Sessions are organized by conference day. Use the date picker at the top of the session list to move between days. If the conference spans several days, swipe the date picker left or right to see additional dates.
